Spencer's Reflection and Recommendations:
I really enjoyed this project, as a learned a lot from this capstone project that I will us and remember for the rest of my life. If I could only remember one thing from this year it would be "Your first idea is not your best idea". I will use this saying though out college and the rest of my life. Overall the project was a great experience and a great way to end these 4 great years in engineering. I got to use all the skills i learned from this class in our capstone project to make our prototype. I also learned research is a big part of a project and that it can make everything go a lot smoother. I think that the class is great just how it is and your teaching is also great. Keep doing everything the same way. They way you teach and everything you do is why i enjoyed this classes so much. Thank you for everything Ms. Zienty, I had a great 4 years!
Mihail's Reflection and Recommendations:
I cannot believe i just finished the last project of engineering, these four years went by so fast I am so grateful for everything ive learned in this class. This projects started out a little slow with the wipers. We procrastinated and then found out the wipers wouldn't work at all. From the help from Spencer's dad we changed our design to visors. We then spent long, I mean long, nights staying up designing and redesigning the layouts. We spent several hours figuring out how to shape the layouts onto the form and cutting them out. Assembling it to glasses was pretty simple and the testing worked out smoothly. Me and Spencer had many discrepancies but being teammates we overcame all obstacles. I thought this project was a perfect cherry on top for this class. I wouldn't want to see any changes made for next year. The presentation was a little nerve racking at first but with the dry run completed first, I felt more than ready for the real one. Thank you Mrs.Z for everything!
